Hello - Newcomer looking to get back on track

The basic gist of it is that I was 255 lbs (I'm 6'0"), lost about 70 lbs, and was down to 185. Unfortunately, medical school got in the way, and I gained 20 lbs. Now I'm looking to get back on track and get down to my goal weight of 170-175. It's nice to meet everyone.

I think what I'm looking for is just people to talk to about weight loss and getting accountability. I was wondering about what ways people use to track their weight loss. I was hoping a forum could be a good way to invoke some accountability.
 
Starting up a journal in the diary section would be a good way to start. Forces you to take an honest look at what you've done through the day/couple of days/week and analyze how you felt after. Not to mention all the great support and inspiring people. You made an incredible trip before, congrats on that, I know you'll do it once again. Welcome to the forum.
