Hello newbie here!

Hi I am looking to tone my body and get in better shape. I used to weigh 285, but now I am down to 210. I just signed up to a gym because I am looking to start weight lifting, but I still want to drop more pounds. My goal is 160-170. I am just curious on what I can do to lose more weight and how I should schedule workouts. Also nutrition is another key factor I'm looking to revamp my diet with more beneficial foods. Any advice/tips are appreciated thanks.
