lmfao so i say i am new and need help, now what do i get? ignored? what kind of a piece of sh!t forum is this? you only talk to whom you want? nice to see there are so many caring people in society today. what am joke, your all sheep

AIt is the weekend, the forum is usually very quiet at this time of the week, most of the info your after is already posted so specific questions usually get more attention.

Remember that you are on a free forum, where people answer posts on their own time. If you show that you are putting in a little effort and reading through the forum to get information or joining in some of the conversations, then you are more likely to get a response. If you make one post and expect to get an essay in response, you'll likely not get an answer.

i am confused on this one, so your telling me that this individual is suppose to respond to other posts when they dont have any ideas how to diet? that doesnt make sense to me at all....

Responding to another person's post doesn't mean that they have to give advice... they could be asking a question. There's a lot of information on the forum where people can read, put together some sort of basic plan, then ask for advice. It then makes it much easier to give feedback on what they could do to improve. It's next to impossible to just tell someone what to eat without knowing any details of what they currently eat, what they think they might start to make, where they live, how active they are, if they are trying to gain or lose weight, etc.
