Hello, new here

Hi!

I'm Dutch, 25 years old, female, and curious about successes people have with losing weight. It inspires me to see people who had the same weight, and were able to lose it after hard work. This means I can do it too if I'm willing to put in the effort.

I currently weigh 155 to 160 pounds. I would like to weigh 130 pounds in the future. I'm not in a big hurry, but I do want to reach this weight this year. :)

Thought I'd give you guys and update.

Went from 81,8 kgs (180,3 pounds) in dec 2010 to 63,6 kgs (140,2 pounds) now.

My method was very simple... eat less, exercise more. Doing it was less simple but I managed. :)
