Hi everyone! This seems like a good support forum for losing weight.. I hope it works!
I have a trip coming up in March and want to lose a bit of weight in time for it. Now I wouldn't say that I'm overweight, but I do have some access baggage in the lower regions (my key areas are thighs and bum) and it just looks out of proportion... I have never really been happy with my appearance. I've tried losing weight before, but it never seems to work. I always either give up, forget about it and move on, or just lose motivation to do anything.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
