Hello

Well I'd better tell you a bit about me then , I'm a 47 year old man from Slough in England , and am sadly out of control at the moment , I need to do something at the moment I'm over 160 kilo's

And it scares me the damage that I'm doing to my body , it's going to stop and I'm now going to get my arse into gear and diet , to be honest I'm sick of having pain's every time i move , it's deperesing me living life like this

Also I'm going to join a gym , that's scary does anyone have any advice what i should look for in the gym

So this is the first step in my new life

Plenty of cardio to begin with so, walking, on the treadmill or outside if you prefer. Cycling is also a good start, on a stationary bike in the gym.

Main focus, however, needs to be your food intake.
