Hows everyone doing. Im currently serving active duty in the military, and didnt do as well as i could have on my last physical readiness test.
Our current test scores on:
# of pushups done in 1 minute.
# of situps done in 1 minute.
1.5 mile run time.
Weight/Height.
Waist Measurement.
i am currently 5'11'' 196 lbs. Male, 21 years old. I weighed 174lbs coming out of bootcamp, but that will be hard to acheive.
i managed
38 pushups in one minute (used to be able to pull at least 45)
51 situps in one minute (used to be to hit 55)
11:32 1.5mile run (10:45 is my best time, all time, so i dont know if i can change my terrible running)
35 inch waist measurement.
My current work outs? I had been doing 90 pushups/ 120 situps Mon-Wed-Fri.
15 regular, 15 wide grip, 15 diamond, and 20 situps after each set, then do it again.
im in north dakota, the temp is usually between 5 to -30 below with wind chill, so running outside doesnt work that great.
I have access to a gym with a swimming pool, and a indoor track. Overall i am concerned about being healthly. but as far as a work out, im looking for a no-equipment work out, where i can become strong and fast, strong according to my body weight, pull ups, pushups, situps etc. Id like to be the master of my body weight, as far as strength goes. If anyone has any tips, that would be great.
Diet? I mostly eat, chicken, turkey, fish, occaisonal red meats, no fast food. I try to stay away from alcohol but i consume it in moderation about twice a week.
