I'm a 24-year old male. I weight 155.6 lbs currently and am 6' tall. I am pretty much skin and bones all around except for my belly. I have quite a bit of flab that I am looking to get rid of and build up a small 6 pack. I don't want to be bulky, I like being thin. I am simply looking to build up some small definition in my twig arms and get rid of my gut and build a small 6 pack. I don't have much for equipment besides a weight bench, curl bar, elliptical, and chin/pull up bar. I am looking for some routine that would help me reach my goal with the tools I have. I am currently doing a crunch/pushup routine right now. 3 sets each with 48 hours rest in between. I don't eat much, so there is not much calorie intake to lower, besides beer...
