My name is Daniel, and I'm here because I want to shed some pounds. I use to be 215 pounds as a teenager and I lost a total 60 LBS and gained it all back again because of my overeating and dealing with a bad break up that put me through a bad depression. I can feel all the weight pulling me down all over my body and I remember how it felt being thin, super energetic and happy all the time. Now all I feel like all I want to do is rest because I got so much weight around me. I'm going to do some body resistance excersises and try to lose as much as possible. All I need is a tool to log in and post up my thoughts and comments about the excersises that I'm doing and I find this site to be the perfect spot to do all my logging, I will post the before and after photos after my weight loss and I post up my target to be 50-55Lbs of fat loss and maybe a little bit gained from muscle, but I will put my all into it, because being like this is hard, fatiguing, and tiring to even do the simplest things. Best of luck with what you are doing and I'm sure you'll be able to lose the weight you lost before. I look forward to myself being energetic and not as large as I currently am as I never have been.
