hello more than 40 kilos to go

i'm a new member there i'm 105 kilos i need to loose more than 40 kilos because i'm 167 cm

to all persons who loose more than 30 kilos i hope that you help me and tell me all about your diets exercies and everything :(

i don't have time to go to gym, i have at home an abshaper, orbitrac, dumbells, i walk every day 45 minuts to my job

i have a good appetite so i eat 6 meals a day, i like chocolats nuts and crespies

sorry for my bed english but i'm francophone because i'm moroccan

i think that i'm the only one moroccan there so i hope that you welcome me
 
From what I have seen, the people here are welcoming to pretty much everyone, even those with bad english. :)

When I started I had 31 kilos to lose (about 70 lbs). I'm not quite half way there. My diet focuses on fresh fruit and veggies, lean meats, and lots of water. I don't eat much pre-packaged food, so I do a lot of cooking. Portion control has been what has really helped me lose the weight, as I was simply eating too much before. Keep a food diary for a few weeks to see what you're eating, then cut back a few hundred calories and you should see weight loss.

thank you sister for answering me i loose till now 3.5 kilos near to 7 pounds in 20 days as a begenning it's very good
