Hello! Just joined gym, need advice please.

Hello everyone!
I am a 2o year old male who has just joined a gym. After walking around and trying out a few things, it became clear to me that I did not know what i was doing! I need guidance in a few areas.


I would like to start a workout routine that builds muscle for my entire body and that includes cardio exercise. Can anyone recommend a basic plan for me to follow? Also, I would like advice on what machines to use, and what I should do as a warm up and warm down.
