Hello, I'm new!

Hello, everyone! I'm 23, 5'3.5", and ~149 pounds. My weight has been on a constant yo-yo for about the past 8 or 9 years due, in large part, to emotional distress.


I've been on this journey for almost a year now and have shed 30+ pounds. My ultimate goal is ~120 but I've been hanging out around 150 for the past few months. I tried to jumpstart the whole process again a few days ago but already messed up yesterday. My company threw a party and I ate total junk...only to do it again today when the leftovers were brought out. It got even worse when a co-worker started picking on me...


So here is my attempt to get back on track and catch myself before I gain weight. >.<
 
Hi Luxx, just wanted to wish you luck in our endeavors in losing weight. Just stay focused you would succeed one day. And when you do succeed don't forget to share with us.
