hi im 18 years old.looking forward 2 loosing weight.im registered with a gym and i wana know the correct diet and excercise i'll need 2 do and how many times am i suppose 2 visit the gym in a week.. i really would need some help on all of this... im quite fat ... i have quite a big of a belly .. i need 2 loose that big lump of fat :D ... so plz help me out ~ i would really appreciate it thank u :)

with exercise and proper nutrition you should be able to get your weight under control.
