Hello, I'm fat and I wanna do something about it

Hi everybody, I'm from Iceland and I have always been a bit overweight and decided to come to these forums for advice and support.
I am 20 years old, 190cm and 95kg.
I wanted to know what exercises are best for weight loss, I try and go to the gym regularly,and i wanted to know what kind of weight training exercises I should be doing, alongside running, cycling, rowing and such. I like lifting weights but I was wondering how I should do it ?
I have heard you aren't supposed to take on on specific muscle group at unless you are a bodybuilder. So I was wondering what exercises are good ?

I also wanted to know about dieting. You know, what's good for keeping on eating healthy and avoiding the bad stuff. What kind of food should i eat more of ? What should I eat less of, how much should I eat ?

I have read a lot of weight loss articles and heard much about it, but i find there isn't a step by step instruction that goes into details.

So if anybody has any advice whatsoever, anything you could think of, articles, advice, anything, I would greatly appreciate it, Im tired of being fat :rotflmao:

Hmm... well I can't really help you on the exercise stuff( I suck at it.haha), but I wanted to welcome you to the forum! Hopefully someone will come along and point you in the right direction. You might try starting a thread in the diary section. You'd probably get more tips that way. Good luck to you!! :)
