Hello again! Like I said my name is Cassie, and im a new member. I'm not too sure what to type here so let me see... an introduction...

Well I'm 20 years old and I'm from California. I wouldn't say I've ever had a problem with how much I weighed, mostly because I've always been chubby(fat?...idk) It's just the way I am, even doctors have told me I'll never be a size 2 because of my build, and that's fine. I don't want to be super model skinny, I just want to start living a healthier lifestyle.

I guess my goal weight would have to be somewhere in the 130's but i'll strive for 125-ish, because if I come up short it's still a win!:hurray:

I started my "eat healthy plan" on 3/6/10 and one week later on 3/13/10 I had lost 7lbs!! 3/20 is my next weigh in and starting 3/21 I'm going to add exercise to my plan and see where that takes me.

Soooooo..... yeah! :]
 
Wow Cassie :) Looks like you have lost a lot of weight. But how did you manage to lose so much so fast?? I hope you are doing it the right way :)

enjoy your stay as i do..and congrats to your weight loss. you sure lost fast than i ever expected. just make it sure that you are using the natural way..;)
 
Yeah I was also surprised at how much I lost in only a week. The only things I did were:

No fast food
no soda/sugary drinks
portion control
And one reeses piece a night....yum

I used my hands for the portion control, one hand for meats, half a hand for potatoes pasta bread stuff like that, oh and as much veggies as I wished. But I ate slower and noticed I stopped having cravings. :]

I'm no expert, but I think my plan's a good one.... for now at least
