Hello. I'm a newbie to working out and need advice :)

Hi, I'm Iri, 21 yrs old and I'm new to this site. Never been to any forums before, this is my first actually :)

I'm 5'5'' and 103 lbs. So basically I'm a bag of bones. lol. I'm tired of people telling me that I look so skinny, I look sick and I should eat more. But trust me, I eat like a pig. I LOVE food. haha :D but it's so hard for me to gain weight. So I'm thinking that I should start working out but I don't know where and how to start. Soooo, any advice?

hey,

it depends on what types of foods you eat as well as your training that counts when it comes to putting on weight and muscle.

you neet to eat a high protien diet with complex carbs and plenty of fruit a veggies.

with regards to your training you need to perform a H.I.T compound workout i can make one for you just let me know.

Hey thanks for responding :)

Well I eat a lot of junk food to be honest. lol. And sometimes my dinner would be ramen noodles :D Not so much on fruit and veggies. I know *facepalm* So now, I'm trying to start eating healthier. I'm having cereals and hot chocolate for breakfast. Pasta and mango juice for lunch and heavier meals for dinner. Is that enough?

I'd be so so happy if you could teach me on that H.I.T compound workout (honestly, I don't know what that means. I'm such a noob. epic facepam again :D)

Minor updates:

With the help from my personal trainer whose name is Mr. Google :D i came up with a workout plan. I'm gonna start with doing aerobics for cardio, then I'm gonna do some muscle toning exercise at home. I have no equipments though. So, the weights i'm using are milk jugs. lol. But I'm thinking of investing on weights sometime next month.

This is how I'm gonna do it,
Monday: Biceps, back ms, stomach.
Tuesday: Stomach, thighs.
Wednesday: Chest ms, triceps, stomach
Thursday: Stomach, thighs, hip
Friday: Biceps, back muscle, stomach
Saturday: Stomach, thighs
Sunday: Chest ms, triceps, stomach

Am I doing it right? Please tell me if I'm doing it wrong. All advices are welcome. Btw, I just started today and I can't wait to work out again tomorrow :D

In my opinion, as a beginner you'd be better off doing a full body workout 3 days per week on non-consecutive days (Mon, Wed, Fri or Tues, Thurs, Sat, just for example). A few months down the road, splitting your workouts sort of like you've done above might be an option.
