Hi, I'm Iri, 21 yrs old and I'm new to this site. Never been to any forums before, this is my first actually
I'm 5'5'' and 103 lbs. So basically I'm a bag of bones. lol. I'm tired of people telling me that I look so skinny, I look sick and I should eat more. But trust me, I eat like a pig. I LOVE food. haha
but it's so hard for me to gain weight. So I'm thinking that I should start working out but I don't know where and how to start. Soooo, any advice?
