hello! I'm a newbie and want some help to flat my stomach! :)

Hello, I'm Sarah, I used to be very thin and want to add some weight but now, I'm frustrated to have a bloated belly.

I'm 25 years old. 4'11 (I know I'm a little short for my age ;D) and weighing around 51-55 kg. I weigh this morning, with no breakfast nor drink, I'm 53 kilos.

Well, I like my body now rather than being thin except for my belly.

My lower abdomen is 33, upper abdomen is 30.

I'm looking for tips on how to flatten my stomach with out going to gym. I got no time to go to gym, sorry.

I've been doing some crunches, leg raise and curl ups- 10 rep. 5 seconds each for 4 days.

well, thats all I can say, hehe

Good day!

Sarah

Some basics, you may or may not already know.
If you have put on fat in that area working muscles in the vacinity will not burn the fat nearby but from everywhere, you cannot spot train fat.
The body views fat as a protective tissue as well as an energy store, I doubt you will have got to 25 years of age without knowing why women are more likely to have fat used in their lower abdomen more than men. It's because your gender are smart enough to store your genitals inside where they can be protected, if you think this is sensible for men why don't stallion horses do it?
Posture is a major part of how your abdomen looks, training all one side not the other will make you tend to arch that way making a bulge. Train all of your body for best posture.
Being naturally slim doesn't mean you cannot gain excess. My sister and the and I are both designed to be beanpoles, she now outweighs me by some way through love of chocolate, alcohol and sofa, depite being younger, shorter, and me being almost 30kg over my genetic weight through training. My genetic weight was close to yours at nearly a foot more in height, I did say beanpole.
You can do bodyweight work, whole section on that on the forum, to train your whole body and train everything evenly, this will give you better all round shape.

This is a very generic response and if it is too low a level do feel free to say and be as specific as you can with what you need going forward.
