Hey there...
Well just a little background info. I'm a guy 22 years old. I'm a bit overweight so I want to combine Cardio and Weightlifting. I usually do 25-30 minutes of High Interval Training and want to include weightlifting. Should I lift before or after cardio?
Another thing is that I've lifted before at gyms but not a great deal so I really don't know how to do all exercises correctly. I sometimes look at the pictures they have in the wall and try to imitate the trajectory the weights have to go. Is this recommended?
Something that has happened to me before is that after lifting weights my bicep muscles get stiff and I can't stretch them all the way they just go 3/4 of the way. I was told before by a trainer that it was due to stretching but last time it happened I had stretched, so I really don't know what it is. It hurt a lot too... any advice on this? or what this might be?
I'd also like to take some supplements to increase muscle mass I've heard that Creatine Monohydrate is the way to go. Would you guys suggest GNC? Now on their website they have different varieties: powder, capsules, etc... which one would be the best way to go? I've also heard that certain brands just "go through you" I think that means that it really doesn't have any effect on you and you just flush it out of the system right? how do I know if this is happening?
Thanks for your time, it's appreciated before hand.
Peace.
