hello my name is jennifer im 27 and live in washington state,im on here to make new friends and to get support on my weight loss journey,i have about 100lbs to lose

and Welcome.

What kind of time frame do you have in mind ?

I have managed to lose 66 pounds with another 10 to 15 to go to be about right for my height.

It's taken time for me though and it did not happen overnight. You will need a gameplan to stay on track. Have you carried out any research yet ?

I lost about 30lbs in a short space of time. I just found a website which worked out how many calories you should be consuming a day based on your age/height/activity level. Then just got some exercises routines and I just stuck to that for about 8/9 months.

Btw, theres loads of free fitness plans available on the net so just google it.

I went on SPAM FREE Customised Diet/Exercise Plans for you[/url] which was pretty useful but tbh there are loads of other sites out there. And there is nothing better than talking to other people for advice and motivation on here.

You will find that this site is a great source of support and advice...take some time to read the stickies, if you haven't already.

Since you want to lose 100 pounds, have you considered breaking that down into smaller, mini-goals? That way it does not seem so overwhelming...that's what has worked for me. I rewarded myself for every 10 pounds I lost...but not with food! LOL!

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome..y first goal is to be under 200 then my final goal is to be at 150..right now for my diet im going to be doing a 3 day diet wich i was on before and lost 60lbs on it but then i got pregnant and due to some problem i had to be on bed rest so needless to say i put the weight backk on,,then on the 4 days i have off the diet im going to be doing slim fast for breakfast and lunch then ill have a nice dinner,if anyone is intrested in the diet ill post it
