Good Morning, Just found this forum. I really need to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month. I'm not fat or anything, just need to take off the weight that I gained during the winter. Any tips. Thanks.
That's a nice post but I need something that's going to work pretty fast. Besides, everyone is different and so what works for some people might not work for me.
you'll find pretty quickly around here, that we're not supporters of quick fix rapid slim diets... Weight loss should be done healthily at a reasonable speed and involve a lifestyle change for it to be effective long term...
