Hello, im having a problem. in one and a half week i need to be prepared for a fight.
I need to get stronger in one and a half week cause i wanna be able to protect myself from two guys who wanna kick my ass, i dont relly know why, and then i need to get one guy who have been ****ing around with my girlfriend E.t.c
And im at my grandma the whole time, so i have no training stuff, not even a little dumbell and im not able to get any.
I have the whole days to spent training.
But theres one more problem, no matter what i eat i always keep gaining no weight, im still skinne no matter what, i burn of the fat faster than i can eat. What shall i do? I need help badly. i cant do anything to improve my attitude cause its on top, but i need to get stronger
