Hello everyone Im a 22 year old male and i need some buddies that want to lose some pounds with me. i am 6'1 and weigh 260 pounds. I have been on many diets and i always seem to fall off the diets. My ultimate goal is losing weight and having a great body. Any support and information from the people on this forum would be great.

Hi there and welcome to the WLF! Speaking from experience, you should create yourself a food journal/ diary so that others can learn more about you and your daily activities and also, you keep yourself accountable during your journey. I'm always looking for a workout buddy, so if you need some motivation, I'm willing to give it.... but also would like some in return. hahaa have a good one and don't forget to read nutrition links on this site as well. :)

Welcome to the forum! I'm a newbie too...joined the other day. I think I'm going to start the daily diary as ghettobooty said...as a tool for motivation, etc. Good luck in your journey!
