hello hello :)

Hi! Geez I don't even know what to put in here. I'm Sam, Aussie mum of 2, and a health change has been a looong time coming!
Right now I'm a month into the change and still learning about calories and proteins and the like (why is it so hard to get your head around! and figuring out how to go about this excercise thing without doing myself some real injury. I'm a food diary addict already, it helps me keep focused.



Anyhoo enough ramblings from me, I'm sure I'll be on here rambling enough as it is :)

Glad to hear that you've started some positive changes! Logging your progress using a diary is a great way to keep yourself motivated!
