Hi everybody!

A few weeks ago I started my weight-loss journey. I've tried so many times before to lose weight, but I usually quit after a week or so. However, I'm graduating from high school this year and I REALLY don't want to go to college in this obese body. Therefore, I've really stuck with it this time. I've been exercizing for at least an hour every day, and eating a lot less. So far, I've lost 11 pounds. I'm pretty excited about this :)

However, I'm taking an A.P. English class right now, and a pretty demanding Pre-Calculus class (along with a couple other high school classes) as well as staying after school every night until 6:00ish for drama rehearsal. We're rehearsing a play I wrote and taking it to a Vermont Regional One-Act Festival this March. Needless to say, I'm feeling a bit busy and a bit stressed. Because of my schedule, I'm really scared that I'm going to lapse back into my bad old habits. I thought that, perhaps, joining this forum would help me keep on track.

So...hello, everybody!

You are off to a great start!!!

Honestly the days and the stresses only get harder in college. My school days are 4 days a week from when first class starts at 7am till I walk out the last class at 7:30 pm and I work all day friday and saturdays. Classes are hard, work is hard, but you must teach yourself and become more disciplined.

You can do this, dont let your bad habbits make exuses for you!

Good Journey!!!
