I just stumbled across this forum and I have to say that I am impressed. There are a lot of great resources here.

With that being said, you all have to check out the Navy SEAL Workout Challenge at .

This is a challenging and effective 4 week program developed by 2 Navy SEALs (one of which is currently serving as a SEAL instructor).

The greatest part of this is that it is 100% FREE and open to everybody. They are actually looking for some good feed back.

This is definitely worth the time and effort.
