Hi all,
This is my first time here, I'm not a "newbie" anymore, but I'm also not an, "expert". I just go to the gym 2 to 3 days a week and have learned a lot of stuff from other people, hardcover books, ebooks, oh and the movie 300 which is what inspired me to start lifting weights. Those guys were ripped u know, I kinda wanna be there one day as well. My goal is actually for this spring break. I mean I'm not chubby u know, but my stomach has about an inch on it that if I could only stop eating mexican food(because that's what i am) then i'm sure that by now that inch would be gone.
Anyways, just wanted to stop by and introduce myself and wish all of you success with your fitness goals.
