In the title I say I got here a little late, that is because I lost almost all the weight I had to.
I am 19 years old now but for a couple of years I've been at the same weight, 120 kilos. In the last six months I've lost 40 kilos, so now I weight 80.
40 kilos are 6.5+ stones.
If anyone has any questions on how I managed to lose the weight, please feel free to ask.
The reason why I am here is because I used to have HUGE legs, now they are gone, but the small amount of fat that is left is really... "fluffy", like my skin has stretched out. Which makes sense I guess.
Anyway I was wondering if the forum had a thread for post-weight loss exercises.
