Hi My name is Ajay and I am about 190 lbs (25lbs more than i woudl like to be). I want to lose weight and develop muscles. So i jog for about 30 minutes and lift weights on alternate days. Now the tricky part (for me) is to lose "Fat" and maintain "Muscle mass". I was hoping ypou guys could suggest a post workout snack that is not too expensive and that will keep me from losing all the muscle mass. Thank you in advance
