Hello/Good Summer to All

Hey. I'm new here too. I'm 16 and 229 pounds. Seems like you're better off.
but I kind of skipped the whole high school scene and dove straight from middle school to college. Now that classes at the local community college have let out for the summer semester, I basically sit around and do nothing.
I started a food diary and started walking on the treadmill. It's only been a couple of days, but I already feel better, if not a little hungry.
I wish you the best of luck, maybe we'll both be able to lose the weight we want to.

IRONICALLY, my uncle is a Physical Trainer/Nutritionist so I know a ton already :p
 
Awesome. When I get my laptop back online, I'll make sure to do that. As of right now, however, I don't have aim. :(
