married, father of 2
vegetarian (only my occasional egg salad sandwich keeps me from being vegan)
A misguided desire to put on muscle led me to be much heavier than I want.
currently 6'3.5" 235 LBS (down from 246 LBS in mid-May)
I'd love to get back to my soccer playing/marathon running weight of 192-195(but middleage might have something to say about that)
