Hello Fellow Forum Members,

Just a quick note to say hello. I am looking forward to contributing to this forum and making a few friends along the way.

My journey into this arena started just under two years ago. I was surfing the internet and came across a website that caught my attention.

One thing lead to another and my life totally changed as a result, to sum it up in a nutshell I went on to lose a "massive" 30 kilos on the products and they continue to keep me at peak condition today.

Happy Easter to you all.

No worries with the link, sorry about that. This is how I lost my weight. 1. 1st six months NO exercise, (apart from walking to the car). I took my product twice a day as a meal replacement with a normal meal during the evening. Note for the first two weeks I had three product meal replacements plus my evening meal as I was a big big boy weighing 125kg's.

2. During the 1st 6 month period I lost 20kgs, I found my concentration and energy levels started to go off the chart. I was still full of energy at 11pm at night and guess what nothing has changed. It's now 1am and this is over a year later.
Yes I do enjoy a sleep in on a Saturday like many people do, but most days I'm up until midnight and then find myself jumping out of bed at 5 or 6am. My brother who now resides in Germany recently came home for a holiday and he could not believe how much get up and go I had, compared to how I used to be.

3 The next 6 months I took off another 10kgs and my weight has levelled out about there.

I truly believe nutrition is the key to good health, combined with exercise and that needs to include mental exercise.

Have a great weekend.
