Hello From The Rocky Mountains, Colorado!

Hello!


I'm Jessica. I'm a 23 year old stay at home mom, my daughter is two. I'm on a mission to loose 69 lbs. I live in a not so forgiving environment and have made excuses (related to my location) as to why I can't exercise for too long. I live at 9,500 feet and I often feel heavier than I really am, due to the altitude, I get winded just walking up the stairs to my front door (I live on a small hill) but that's no excuse to why I can't loose these gosh darned pounds. I'm really excited to get to working out and have purchased so many new things to make it easier for me. We recently just got a puppy and that's just one more good reason to take my new jogging stroller out and go for a walk with my daughter! I'm excited to learn from this site.

Just start slow and gradually increase the amount of activity that you do, week by week. In no time, you'll feel less winded!
