Hello from the PacNW!

Hello all!

I'm out of shape by any standard and have found that being around (even in cyberspace) others like me, or fitness freaks helps in my motivation.

Hopefully I can lose about 30-40 lbs of fat and gain some muscle (I usually weigh 175-180 though my height weight chart says I should weigh 160... and I currently weigh 210).

I'm married and my wife is in better shape, but she is a Physical therapist so working out with her can get kind of obnoxious, lol.
 
welcome and good luck you need to check your diet and make sure you are eating right your not going to get anywhere with out proper eating habbits...and start with a good workout routine and some cardio and you should be staring to shed the lbs
