Well, after years of abusing my body I finally joined a gym at the end of July, at the ripe old age of 30. I'm here to get advice and encouragement, and of course to learn more about nutrition so I can get the most out of my workouts. I've lost 9 kilos (19.8 lbs) since I joined the gym, and I'm looking to ideally lose 6 or 7 more kilos - and then maintain and tone my body.
