Hi all! A friend recommended that I join a few weeks ago and I finally did. There's a ton of good info on here and looks like a ton of good people as well. 
I've just posted my diary in the Diary Forum and I hope to keep that as updated as possible.
As the title says I live in South Florida. I do enjoy going to the beach and water sports, but lately I've been keeping to land and enjoying my cars and going to events like shows and racing. I'm looking to turn my life around starting with my health and fitness and hope to learn a lot from all of you on this site and hope that I can be of help to all of you too.
