
iam 27; 185cm/ 6 feet; 100kg/ 220lbs; i was trainning show-jumping quite seriously on fathers little farm so free fitness and muscle building; every weekend gone on tournaments + practice sports of the current seasons like: diving -> personal best is 20m/ 64 feet with no tanks; cycling; sometimes running/ skiing
but after a nasty car accident i lost fitness and muscles a lot; joints and muscles are working ok now. so i joined this forum to help me "start from scratch"
currently iam working on diploma from maritime school -> deck officer; done a bit of exames for maritime engeneer
