Hello from SE Pennsylvania

Hello Everyone,

I'm brand new to fitness and wanted your thoughts on the "Body Sculpting Bible for Women" routines.

I'm a 36 year old single mom and just had gastric bypass surgery two months ago, so I have a lot of work ahead of me. I've been cleared by my surgeon to begin cardio and weight lifting workouts. I picked up the Body Sculpting Bible for Women book and it really seemed to be a good book for someone like me. It has all the photos and descriptions of the exercises and it has a number of routines, from a "break-in" to one for serious lifters. It also goes into detail about nutrition. If anyone has seen this book or used it, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it!

Currently I'm following their "break-in routine" just using light weights to get my body used to working out. I'm also walking briskly for 30 minutes every other day.

Thanks!

Erin
