Hello all - I'm new to the forum, though not new to exercise in general. I'm a retired professional mountain biker who does a ton of riding, swimming, skate skiing, rowing, and situps!
I've had some pretty good injuries in my career and have had to adapt my workouts to accommodate some that have just never healed. So, I hope to gain and share some insight in these forums.
