Hello from North Carolina!

Hi everyone! I have been looking for a great on-line fitness community, which will provide ideas and support.

I try to work out 5 days a week, if work allows. I have been working out for a while and create my own workouts. Currently in the bulking phase and going to start slimming up soon in preparation for the spring and summer.
