My name is Aaron.
I am from Wellington, New Zealand. My reason for joining this forum is to help others by sharing a few Weight Loss tips on how I went from being extremely overweight, to taking off 25% plus of additional body fat and pretty much maintaining it.
My Weight Loss achievement gave me a desire to pursue my interest in personal development, it also revitalized my energy levels.
It took time to achieve my Weight Loss results, but it was time well invested.
