Good day everyone!
I lost 55 pounds over the last 2.5 years. I will be 40 years old in December and decided get and be in the best shape of my life by age 40. I quit drinking alcohol (day 94) , started really watching the foods that I was eating and started going to the Gym consistently for the 1st time in my life.

I am really looking forward to sharing information and learning from all of you as I continue to keep on track with my health goals. I still have about 10-15 pounds to lose and then I want to start building lean muscle and staying tone. I don't plan on going back the other direction.
