Hello dear friends thanks for your reply and making me feel welcomed.excercise is the key too loosing weight,,,ive already tried starving myself and loosing alot of weight Fast but it always came back .now i eat normal portions,,i never skip a meal and i exercise and exercise,,,at work no elevator i take the stares,,i try to walk everywhere i go (besides the days that are cold)cause im in canada ,,,and in the summer i bought a bike,,the trick is that to burn off calories with exercise ,,no need for fancy expensive machines and too take it one day at a time.and like i said in my last post moral support,and encouragement is the key.i have a friend she s only 40 and had two heart attacks in the same year.i saw her a coouple months ago and said if you want to live you have to loose weight,,its not only stop smoking or stress its your weight problem,,so she took my advice and god she feels so much better now and her colesteral level is back to normal..lossing weight is imporatant for health,,not appearance (you have to do it for yourself )not because people start saying we look good
