Hello newbie here just thought i would sign up pick your brains for information and also share my exercise experience. so i am a Thai boxer and was weighing in at 18.5st 116kg 9months ago and had to get my weight down cos im only 5.9ft tall and everyone i was fighting at super heavy weight was just so much taller than me, and had a huge reach advantage. i was smaller before but had a head injury that lasted just over a year and was told by my doctor not to get hit in the head until they knew exactly what the problem was, well needless to say that was all sorted 9 months ago and i got back training and fighting here are some pictures of my weight loss over the last 9 months from 116kg to 85kg or 18.5st to 13.3st

so there you have it my transformation so far im a long way from happy but its a start and i have worked very hard to get to where i am ow and i won a gold medal at 92kg so it seems to be helping my boxing a hole lot
