Hello from Ireland!

Kasa here from Ireland and just want to say hi and I'm looking forward to reading and hopefully contributing to this forum and also doing some of the challenges that are listed.

I've decided that after some weight gain (3 stone) that I want to get back to where I was fitness wise and even fitter. I did have a RHR of 46 BPM and I want to get it down to 42 BPM or lower while keeping as much muscle as possible. That's my goal anyway so hopefully in the next year or so I can hit that target while achieving other smaller goals along the way.
