Hi everyone,
I`ve been viewing this forum for just over a week and I`m very impressed with the level of help and support offered by users of the forum. I`ll tell you a little about myself and why I`m here:
Just over a year ago I was very overweight for my height and fairly miserable. I had overate and drank while at university and had dislocated my shoulder playing rugby so was out of action for over a year, and the pounds piled on. I decided that I had to get my life back on track and that started with losing weight. I radically changed my diet to a very healthy one which I have stuck to since the beginning and added new recipes for myself. I didnt really take to the exercising at first but once the pounds came off I joined a gym and never looked back since then. I`m actually much fitter now than I was at school which is good for me because I didnt think I could ever reach that level again. Now with some help from you nice people I would like to lose maybe another 14 lbs and get a bit of definition to my body. I basically want to get toned.
I`m just over 5ft 7 in height and now weigh 172 lbs. I train for rugby once a week, play one match a week and train on my own 2 other times a week either at the gym or by using the equipment I bought for home use. I think I have hit a plateau with the weight loss and need to kickstart it again, any tips?
Thanks,
Rich
