Hello everyone. I'm 24 years old and have basically been on a roller coaster of weight loss/gain. But, over the past few years my weight has slowly crept up from as low as 150 (when I was 19 or so) to now at 225 pounds. (I'm a 6 feet tall male). I'd like to lose perhaps 40-50 pounds as well as tone up and get in shape. I'm joining this sight for some motivation and perhaps some accountability.
