My name is Hilka and I'm 18 years old. It's nice to meet you all! I'm really happy to find this forum.
I'm not overweight - I'm about 5'7'' tall, I guess, and weigh 132 lbs (we use centimeters and grams, so I'm not 100% sure). In the metric system, I'm 171 cm tall and weigh 60 kgs.
It's not that I should lose weight to be healthier - I know I don't need to lose weight. It's just that I've gained 11 lbs after my mum passed away two years ago and in this weight I feel too big.
Highest weight: 60 kg - 132 lbs (BMI 20,5)
Current weight: 60 kg - 132 lbs
Lowest weight: 53 kg - 117 lbs
Goal Weight: 51 kg - 112 lbs
--> 20 lbs / 9 kgs to go
Weight isn't a really big deal for me - if I'm happy after losing a pound, I'll stop and try to maintain the weight I reached. I suppose I won't be satisfied before reaching 55 kgs (121 lbs) but my ultimate goal weight, 51 kgs (112 lbs), may be too low. Anyway, the most important thing is to get tinier, not necessarily lighter.
I know how to do this - I'm an expert when it comes to health issues, nutrition and stuff like that. Fortunately, I've nothing to change in my lifestyle - I just have to cut a few calories from my daily intake.
Sorry, I didn't mean to write a long post! It's a bad habit... I hope I didn't make too bad mistakes with my English. English isn't my native language so I can make terrible mistakes.
