Hi there!
Ive joined the forums in an attempt to kick start some fitness in my life again.
Me and my wife met 3 years ago and have been married for 2 years now. Before i met my wife i was an avid gym goer and was well on my way to achiving the boady i wanted. But as in most cases when i met my wife i became "content" and my gym route soon died as well as healthy eating. at the time i was a health 12 stone, i am just under 6ft tall and 23 years old i now weight 15 and a half stone. i have put on 3 and a half stone in two years...
up until recently ive been able to carry my weight well. however now my wife has started up a low calorie diet and she is loosing weight fast and looking smoking! but i feel left behind
I am an assistant manager so i work monday to friday 7:30am to 5:30pm in an office. I dont snack at work i tend to miss breakfast as i can never get up on time >_< i have an average lunch which normaly consists of either beans on toast or pot noodle and toast (heavily buttered) and then my tea which is normaly 1000 colouries+
I guess im really after some help and advice in what sort of thing i should be eating since i have such an innactive office job. Money is tight at the moment so i cant join a gym and buy fancy foods which cost the earth so no steak, fish or chicken every night lol
Any tips you guys could offer would be great
Thanks
