Just calling by this post to say hi! I am hoping to find a 'new me' over the next few months, and would like someone to share that journey with. I hope I'll be able to give some of you some support too.
I am not going to weigh myself, not sure if I am on a diet. I am concerned that my weight is too high though, and waist measurement too thick. So I would like to loose some weight for my health.
Almost more importantly though, I would like to be a bit happier - and enjoy life, because things are going well, and sometimes I loose sight of that. So, the little ticker at the bottom of my post is going to mark my progress, and remind me not to eat chocolate in the car when I am bored!
I hope if I can eat sensibly, enjoy some good food, not ruin it with snacks and get some walks outside in the sunshine I'll be in a happier place by the summer.
